O autor requereu, nos termos da Lei nº 221 de 20/11/1894 artigo 69, que lhe passe carta testemunhal, visto ter sido indeferida pelo Juiz Seccional a petição do agravo inclusa. Tal fato tem referência na violência da Fazenda Nacional que fazia cobrança de um imposto exagerado. Querem agravar para o STF nos termos da Lei nº 221 de 20/11/1894 artigo 54. O Juiz indeferiu o requerido. Processo inconcluso. Imposto; Procuração, Tabelião Pedro Evangelista de Castro, 1897; Lei nº 848 de 11/10/1890; Lei nº 2216 de 16/01/1896.
