Trata-se de um inquérito policial feito na Segunda Delegacia Auxiliar, a fim de apurar a falsificação de documentos para alistamento eleitoral. O acusado apresentou carteira de identidade, alegando ser português, imigrante português, nacionalidade portuguesa, apesar de ter sido identificado anteriormente, para fins eleitorais, como brasileiro. Ação foi julgada extinta. eleitores eleição.
