O suplicante por meio de notificação evidenciou o não pagamento do frete realizado, no valor de 8:761$300 réis, descartados o valor de 3:589$700 réis de adiantamento do mesmo. Tal fretamento era condizente com a barca dinamarquesa Daniel que fez o transporte de sal para Cabo Verde e não recebeu a totalidade do valor estipulado. O Juiz deferiu o requerido e o réu insatisfeito embargou. O Juiz julgou por sentença a desistência.
