A autora alegou que havia alugado ao réu o imóvel localizado à Praia de Inhaúma, 205, pelo valor mensal de 50$000 réis. Porém, devido à falta de pagamento dos aluguéis, no total de 850$000 réis, a suplicante requereu a expedição de um mandado executivo contra o réu sob pena de penhora, de acordo com o Decreto nº 3048 de 1898 e o Código Civil, artigo 1202. Foi deferido o requerido na inicial. Recibo Ministro da Fazenda, 1935.
