O suplicado, por meio do Procurador da República Aloísio A. Silveira, ofereceu denúncia contra os suplicados, alegando que estes ocultaram no estabelecimento comercial de que eram sócios e dirigiam, à Rua do Comércio 8 Rio de Janeiro, mercadorias de procedência estrangeira desacompanhadas de documentação legal, incursando assim, no Código Penal artigo 334, § § 1 e 25. contrabando. A ação foi declarada improcedente. auto de apresentação e apreensão, de 1968; (2) individuais datiloscópicas; lei 4729, de 1965.
