Os réus eram mecânicos da Companhia Avançada do BESMB e ex cabos do Exército. Seriam responsáveis por cofres de ferramentas de mecânico de automóveis, deixando de restituir as ferramentas, pois tinham as perdido. Desse modo, a suplicante requereu o valor de CR$ 648760,00 do ex-cabo Carlos Alberto Amaral, e CR$ 378930,00 de Valdinar Nunes Peres, cujo ressarcimento era pleiteado pela Fazenda Nacional. O juiz Jorge Guimarães julgou procedente a ação. Custas Processuais, NCR$ 1252,66 de 1968; Lei nº 4632 de 1965.
