O autor e sua mulher Hortense David alegam que foram contratados pela suplicada, no dia 08/06/1912, para assumir a direção da Agência da ré na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, mediante as condições do contrato. Porém, a suplicada violando o contrato, não mais lhe pagou, dispersando-os arbitrariamente. Os suplicantes requerem a multa no valor de 15.000 francos, juros de mora e custos. O juiz julgou por sentença o arbitrariamento para que se produzam os devidos efeitos legais. Petição, 1912; Certificado de Tradução, 1914; traslado de Procuração 2, 1913 .
