O autor requereu a anulação o débito fiscal da autora na Alfândega. A autora foi multada no valor de Cr$ 370.694,30 por não apresentar fatura consular legalizada no prazo. Tal atitude não poderia ter sido tomada, pois as faturas foram apresentadas no consulado dentro do prazo. O cônsul se negou a vizar a fatura, o que prejudicou a autora. Requereu, ainda, que a ré pague as custas processuais. Dá-se valor causal de Cr$ 400.000,00. O processo foi arquivado após acordo entre as partes.
