Trata-se de um inquérito policial relativo ao levantamento de uma determinada quantia por meio de um ofício falsificado da Caixa Econômica Federal, elaborado sem ordem legal. Tal quantia fazia parte da herança deixada pelo falecido José Vieira da Silva a seus filhos, menor de idade. Não se verificam elementos suficientes para prosseguimento e, conseqüentemente, início do processo criminal propriamente dito. Documento da Caixa Econômica Federal e Monte Socorro, 1914.
