Foi feito o inquérito policial militar de investigação sobre o direito de importação de 10000 mochilas da firma ré, que não havia pago os impostos de importação. Essas mochilas vieram de Hamburgo, Alemanha no navio a vapor Hohenstaufer, nacionalidade alemã. Processo arquivado. Foi citada a Lei do Orçamento nº 1144 de 1903/4, artigo 12. Fatura, Consulado Brasileiro em Berlim, 1911.
