Trata-se de um inquérito policial relativo a uma tentativa de falsificação de requisição. O réu, profissão graxeiro extraordinário da Estrada de Ferro Central do Brasil, tentava obter passe grátis entre as Estações Centrais, falsificando uma requisição. O juiz determinou o arquivamento do processo. Não se verificam elementos suficientes para prosseguimento e, conseqüentemente, início do processo criminal propriamente dito.
