Ele entregou a Oscar de Carvalho 118 estampilhas falsa nos valores de 50$000 e 20$000. Carvalho confiou o negócio a Waldemar Vasconcelos, que os vendeu para Joaquim Gonçalves Servos. O réu era brasileiro, natural da Itália, estado civil casado, com 51 anos de idade. Julgada improcedente a denúncia.
