O processo foi julgado perempto em 1931 por não pagamento de taxa judiciária no prazo estabelecido no Decreto nº 19910 de 23/04/1931 prorrogado pelo Decreto nº 20032 de 25/05/1931 e o Decreto nº 20105 de 13/06/1931.
