A Secretaria de Polícia do Distrito Federal informa que o oficial de diligências da Segunda Vara de Justiça do Distrito Federal Emílio Magalhães foi preso pelo fato de tentar beijar uma moça quando estava embriagado em 14/04/1919. O assédio sexual somente foi codificado na década de 90 do século XX. O juiz mandou que se expedisse ofício que dispensasse o oficial do serviço de juízo. Ofício, 1919.
