O autor, sócio da firma Sales Irmão & Allnutt, requer em garantia dos seus direitos, notificar o réu, seu sócio, para que este tome ciência de que foram revogados os poderes que lhe eram conferidos pela procuração lavrada pelo tabelião Ibrahim Carneiro da Cruz Machado em 17/01/1916, para a venda dos bens pertencentes a sociedade. A taxa judiciária não foi paga no prazo estabelecido. O juiz julgou para todos os efeitos de direito perempta a presente causa em 29/06/1931. Procuração 2, 1916.
