Os autores eram negociantes de fábrica de droga na Avenida Mem de Sá, dizem que teriam que fechar o negócio já que o agente fiscal do distrito de Santo Antonio informou que os autores não tinham pago a licença. Contra isso, entram com interdito proibitório. O juiz julgou procedente a ação. Decreto Municipal nº 3017, artigo 97 parágrafos terceiro, Constituição artigo 60, letra A. Procuração, Tabelião Álvaro R. Teixeira, 1925.
