Trata-se de uma denúncia contra o réu, profissão jornalista da emissora de televisão Globo, residente na Avenida General San Martin, Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, sob acusação de a bordo do avião Varig, ter agredido uma mulher, Maria Cristina Dias da Cruz Ferraz, ao pensar ser sua esposa e estar ela conversando com um passageiro. A ação se baseia no Código Penal, artigos 140, 129 e 53, Agressão. A ação foi julgada procedente. interrogatório do acusado, de 1969; (10) prontuários, de 1968.
