Trata-se de pedido de recebimento de gratificação relativo aos lentes militares ilegalmente privados ao suplicante, durante o período de 09/05/1907 a 04/11/1910, quando foi reintegrado. O suplicante era capitão médico reintegrado no Colégio Militar. O apelante foi reintegrado por força do Decreto de 04/11/1910 e do artigo 183, alíneas B e C do regulamento que baixa com o Decreto nº 6465 de 1907 e resolução do STM de 02/05/1910. O processo foi julgado perempto em 1931 por não pagamento de taxa judiciária no prazo estabelecido no Decreto nº 19910 de 23/04/1931 prorrogado pelo Decreto nº 20032 de 25/05/1931 e o Decreto nº 20105 de 13/06/1931.
