O autor, comandante da barca italiana Phâne, alega que houve um abalroamento no dia 29/10/1904, com o batelão Borja Castro de propriedade da firma C.H. Walker & Cia. O fato causou a submersão da barca, com a perda total da carga. O suplicante requer notificar os consignatários das cargas. O processo foi julgado perempto em 1931 por não pagamento de taxa judiciária no prazo estabelecido no Decreto nº 19910 de 23/04/1931 prorrogado pelo Decreto nº 20032 de 25/05/1931 e o Decreto nº 20105 de 13/06/1931.
