Trata-se de um inquérito policial ocorrido na 2ª Delegacia Auxiliar de Polícia. O acadêmico Jayme Soares de Souza Castro, alegou ter recebido da meretriz Rosa Cohen, inquilina no sobrado na Rua do Lavradio, em pagamento de seu aluguel uma nota falsa no valor de 50$000 réis.
