Trata-se de uma comunicação de apreensão do Jornal A manhã, na qual o chefe da polícia, Filinto Muller, comunica a apreensão da edição matutina do jornal A manhã do dia 27/11/1935, artigo 25 parágrafo 1. O chefe de polícia alegou que o jornal infringiu a dita lei. o jornal, anexado ao documento traz referências a Luiz Carlos Prestes, Miguel Costa e às forças revolucionárias do levante comunista ocorrido naquele ano . auto de apreensão 1916; mandado de prisão.
