Delegacia Auxiliar instaurado para apurar o fato de o réu, natural de Pernambuco, estado civil solteiro, marítimo, residente à Rua Sacadura Cabral 139, Rio de Janeiro, requerendo sua inclusão dentre os eleitores da Paróquia de São Christóvão, apresentou documentos falsos. Ele era funcionário da Companhia de Navegação Lloyd Brasileiro. Foi julgada extinta a ação penal. Lei nº 8189 de 02/08/1916, artigo 6; Decreto nº 17527, de 10/11/1926, artigo 57; Código Penal, artigo 71; Decreto nº 22558, de 23/10/1931.
