O autor, por ordem do Inspetor das Capatazias da Alfândega, foi nomeado trabalhador da Alfândega do Rio de Janeiro em 1896. Quando foi exonerado tinha 15 anos de serviço. Quer que seja anulado o ato de demissão, quer reintegração de posse e salários não pagos. O processo foi julgado perempto em 1931 por não pagamento de taxa judiciária no prazo estabelecido no Decreto nº 19910 de 23 de Abril de 1931 prorrogado pelo Decreto nº 20032 de 25 maio de 1931 e Decreto nº 20105 de 13 de junho de 1931 .
